Your First Visit

Everyone who comes into the office wants to know a few things:

1. What’s wrong with me?

2. Can you help me?

3. How long/how often will I have to be seen?

4. How much will it cost?

When you come to our office for help, we treat you like we would any member of our family. To do this we focus on providing thorough chiropractic care delivered with heart. Our sole purpose is to provide you the best care available, so that you get the results you want as quickly as possible.

Paperwork

Not everyone’s favorite, but necessary for the delivery of proper care. You will begin by completing our new patient forms, if you have not already printed them from the website and completed them from the comfort of your home or office. This information provides the base for us to determine how to begin your care.

Consultation

Next you will sit down face to face with one of our world-class doctors. Dr. Jason Wilson or Dr. Bryan Sullivan will find out what your health goals are, and how can we help you get there. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Wilson or Dr. Sullivan to learn more about you, your condition and expectations, to determine how chiropractic care can help you meet your goals.

Examination

After your consultation, Dr. Wilson or Dr. Sullivan will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your structure and function. Standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed. However, nothing will ever be done in our office without your consent.

Report of Findings

After reviewing your health history, goals, and examining your spine, Dr. Jason Wilson or Dr. Bryan Sullivan will discuss treatment recommendations and notify you if your condition requires care with other providers. Dr. Wilson and Dr. Sullivan will provide the best treatment program for your needs.

Treatment

At the conclusion of this initial appointment, most patients will receive their first treatment in our office. This may include spinal adjustments, therapies, and/or soft tissue work. Treatment is interactive, so you can express preference for different styles of treatment anytime. Home care instructions will be given at the end of the treatment so you can continue healing when you are out of the office.
